Filmless, chemical-free screen making. Computer graphics are projected straight onto the emulsion-coated screen at 12700 DPI PDF vector imaging, with 20 um minimum line width and 3% halftone dots — the new standard for screen making.
CTS (Computer to Screen) systems use TI DMD digital micro-mirror imaging to project computer graphics directly onto the emulsion-coated screen, replacing film output, film exposure and retouching with a single filmless step.
Fully compatible with conventional screen making: the system reads 1-bit TIFF, Gerber and PDF vector files directly, while coating, drying, exposure and developing stay exactly as before. It serves textile printing, decal paper, packaging, PCB, signage, automotive glass, appliance glass, electronic glass and decorative screen printing.
Every model is built around our in-house 405 nm and mixed-wavelength laser, professional optical engine and stable motion platform, lifting laser utilization from 30% to 50%. Combined with AI distortion compensation and dynamic auto-focus, imaging quality stays consistent from 600x800 mm up to 2500x4200 mm frames.
